In order to update the bibliographic indicators of scientific journals that have changed since 2019, the Minister decided to create a new list in 2024. This list was prepared by a team of experts from the scientific community, conducting scientific activities in the field of various disciplines. The appointed expert groups assessed the journals based on scientific impact indicators.
